With over 30 years of experience in accounting, Lucy is a qualified Senior Tax Agent with experience across a variety of well known companies like H&R Block, NEC, RICOH, Business Wealth Developers (BWD) and Kelly + Partners Chartered Accountants.
Her vision is to break the barriers that exist between accountants and their clients. She is exceedingly passionate about accounting and she truly goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are happy. Lucy is fluent in three languages including English, Armenian and French. She enjoys cooking and is the proud mother of four daughters.

Jen is a Director of Elite Accounting Finance and has almost 10 years' experience in delivering corporate tax advisory, tax compliance and tax risk management and governance services.
Jen completed a double degree in Applied Finance and Commence (Professional Accounting Major) through Macquarie University.
After gaining her double degree, Jen successfully completed her Diploma and Masters in Taxation through the University of Sydney, and later undertook post-graduate study to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (CA). She has experience working at one of the top four professional practice firms globally and has always had a keen interest in the Australian tax system, in particular Corporate and International Tax. She has experience in managing several ASX-listed, multinational and medium-large Australian Private companies.
